1. Introduction

Welcome to ReklamX Company These Terms of Service Terms govern your use of our website located at www.reklamx.com (together or individually "Service") operated by ReklamX.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Please read it here: Privacy Policy.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ReklamX cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting ReklamX customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide ReklamX with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize ReklamX to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, ReklamX will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

3. App Rating and Rewards

ReklamX provides users with the opportunity to earn rewards by completing app rating tasks. The number of daily tasks and reward amounts are determined by the subscription package selected by the user.

Users must complete tasks honestly and in accordance with our guidelines. This includes downloading the assigned app, using it for the specified minimum time, and providing genuine feedback. Fraudulent activity, including automated task completion or fake reviews, will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

ReklamX reserves the right to verify task completion before releasing payments. Rewards are credited to the user's account upon successful verification of completed tasks.

The number of daily tasks is reset at 12:00 AM UTC each day. Unused tasks do not roll over to the next day.

4. Withdrawals and Payments

Users may request withdrawals once their account balance reaches the minimum threshold of $50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days.

Available payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and select cryptocurrency options. Processing fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method.

ReklamX reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for account verification purposes or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information. ReklamX is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Any breach or suspected breach of any of the above should be reported to us immediately.

You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReklamX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service or contact our support to deactivate your account.

All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the Service.
